  13. Terms & Conditions

    • Only requests submitted through the website will be considered.
    • Due to the volume of requests Eureka Skydeck receive, we are not able to honor all requests received in any given month.
    • Only successful applicants will be contacted, if you are not contacted within 5 working days unfortunately your request has been unsuccessful.
    • Successful applicants will receive their donation by mail no less than one month prior to the event date
    • Requests received less than 6 weeks prior to an event may not qualify for a donation
    • Organisations may only receive one donation per calendar year (this does not apply to different chapters or regional groups of the same charitable Organisation)
    • Please note that the Eureka Skydeck is only ever able to donate Eureka Skydeck admission tickets, we are unable to donate Edge tickets, money, merchandise or gift certificates.
